Fitness Reduces Cancer Risk, Boosts Survival Rates

At XY Wellness, we recommended our integrative roadmap to reclaiming and rebuilding your post-diagnosis health. We also recommend it to all men as a preventative measure.

Our integrative approach is designed to complement, not replace, your urologist or oncologist. We are not offering “alternative” medicine—we are offering “precision” medicine in the form of a common sense, whole-patient, integrative health program designed to better inform and empower you.

In both the medical journals and in the media, more and more attention is being given to our type of advice and guidance. For example, in a recent great article written by Maggie Fox of NBC News, new research on the connection between physical fitness and cancer is discussed.

Next month at a meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, a study will be presented that shows that the greater the level of fitness that you achieve in your middle age years, the less likely you are to contract or die from cancer. The study found that men with greater levels of physical fitness at age 50 were still enjoying its protective benefits 20 or more years later.

At XY Wellness, we know that the ROI of exercise is spectacular, and that it is never too late for you to get more fit and to start enjoying these benefits which include lower rates of contracting cancer, and better survival rate if you do.

So, what are you waiting for? We are here to help you, so if you are not sure how to get started, drop us a note.
